We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or an official partner of the Government of India, NSDL, UTI-ITSL, or any specific government department. Users acknowledge that we operate as a private facilitation hub for documentation and technical services.
2. Service Facilitation Terms
Our services including Software Development, Agricultural Trade management (Jute/Paddy), School/Hotel management systems, and Pan Assistance help are provided on a "Consultancy Basis."
• Voluntary Engagement: Engaging our services is strictly voluntary.
• Fees: We charge a professional consultancy fee for facilitation, technical support, and the use of our proprietary management tools.
• Accuracy: Users are responsible for providing accurate information for any facilitation request.
3. Wholesale Agricultural Trade (Jute/Paddy)
For Agricultural Trade facilitation:
• Rakib Star Enterprise acts as a registered wholesale trade facilitator.
• All transactions must comply with local agricultural and GST regulations.
• Digital records maintained on the portal are for management purposes and are architected for transparency.
4. Technical Usage & Security
As a CSE-driven firm, we prioritize system integrity:
• Users must not attempt to bypass our 256-Bit SSL encryption or security protocols.
• The use of our Cybercafe, School, or Hotel management tools is limited to authorized merchants and agents.
• Unauthorized use of digital products distributed through this portal is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rakib Star Enterprise shall not be held liable for:
• Delays in processing by third-party government departments or agencies.
• Rejection of applications due to incorrect data provided by the user.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our private facilitation hub.
6. Intellectual Property
The name "Rakib Star Enterprise" and its associated logo are Trademark Registered assets. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our branding, software code, or proprietary tools is a violation of intellectual property laws and will be met with legal action.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
As we provide professional consultancy and technical services, fees are generally non-refundable once the facilitation process or digital tool access has been initiated. Specific refund queries for technical errors will be audited by our technical desk on a case-by-case basis.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the region where Rakib Star Enterprise is registered.
